1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using MyOOTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the application. MyOOTD provides an AI-driven digital wardrobe and styling service.

2. USER ACCOUNTS & PRIVACY

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. By uploading images of clothing, you grant MyOOTD a license to process these images for the purpose of identifying metadata and generating outfit suggestions.

3. AI USAGE & CREDITS

MyOOTD utilizes artificial intelligence to analyze garments and generate "fits." Usage may be governed by a credit system. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in garment identification. Image generation is subject to compute availability and subscription status.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

myOOTD Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple policy. Available features and usage limits are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by plan.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The design, aesthetics, and algorithms of MyOOTD are the property of MyOOTD. You retain ownership of the original images you upload, but grant us the rights needed to provide the styling service.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MyOOTD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any style choices made based on AI suggestions or for any loss of digital archive data.

7. TESTIMONIALS & MARKETING CONTENT

Some testimonials, reviews, and outfit imagery displayed within the app and on our website (including on onboarding and subscription screens) are illustrative and may depict fictional or composite users, AI-generated imagery, or third-party stock/reference imagery used for demonstration purposes. Such content is not verified customer feedback and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of any particular result. Any resemblance to real persons in illustrative imagery is coincidental unless separately identified as an actual customer with their consent.

8. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS

MyOOTD respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content within the app infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us at support@myootdapp.com with a description of the material, its location within the app, and your contact information. We will investigate and remove infringing content where appropriate in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to: upload content you do not have the right to use; upload images of any person without their consent; use the app to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or misleading content; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its AI systems; or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.

10. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use MyOOTD (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyOOTD, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to MyOOTD at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyOOTD operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall first be attempted to be resolved informally; unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated within the app where required by law.
